Recruit volunteers and schedule

4 Weeks Out
Reserve space within the school for the Book Fair, including SG’s Facility Use Form
Select operating hours (day and evening)
Schedule classes into the book fair
Brainstorm advertising, themes, activities
Confirm dates for evening events with families and after school events with faculty
Receive training on utilization of the new

Submit PR to school newsletters
Photocopy resources for each class of students forwish list day (first visit) and purchase date (second visit)
